Parsec is looking for an experienced and motivated entrepreneurial software sales executive with at least 10 years of total sales experience, including five years of directly driving complex/enterprise software sales.

The nature of the position will favor an individual with proven enterprise software sales experience in the manufacturing sector (pharmaceutical, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, automotive, etc.), accomplished verbal and written communication skills, resourcefulness and the ability to call at a high level to complete the sales based on merits and ROI. The sales cycle is 3 to 12 months. 

Key Requirements Include:

1. At least five years of experience selling complex software to manufacturing companies
2. Must be an excellent prospector
3. Must be highly productive and driven to succeed
4. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and a team player
6. Must be able to take the sales process from start to finish with little outside assistance
7. B.S. in a technical discipline
8. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives is a plus
9. Ability to travel between 15% and 35% of your work schedule
